Magazines in violation of PEOPLE Magazine's exclusive rights (see http://alljolie.wordpress.com/). Alljolie’s posting of this photograph is a clear violation of the U.S. Copyright Act.
Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your organization has a legal duty to ensure that this photograph is removed from any website you host. Your failure to remove this photograph from alljolie.com would be a clear violation of the Act.

Copyright law I know about.
We music business folks had to deal with that years ago.
I’ll (probably) take the pictures down. But I do have some things to say about it. I’ll do a post sometime over the weekend…

Hmm.. I’d ask for proof .. has the money actually transferred hands? Is there a cancelled cheque? What about a copy of the signed agreement? Are the pictures even real? There are many questions and you should ask them. C’mon Char! :p
PS: I just go to View / Text / Size and increase the size of the mini-font. Or, with IEv7b2 all you have to do is change the global font from the bottom bar. Actually, that’s all I wanted to say. But, you just never know – given that boingboing scene with that OTHER lawyer…
