“A One and A Two…” (Or How to deal with Loren F*cking Feldman.)

April 6, 2008

I had a good laugh today when I turned off the talking heads on The McLaughlin Group and checked out the well-thought post by Matt Craven on the Shel Israel/Loren Feldman fight.

Anil de Mello’s Rocketboom problem (Or the old media skill that’s not going away)

Of course I was wrong about everything which gives me the confidence I need to look at another high-profile video show new to the web.

WebbAlert.

September 1, 2006

I love ZeFrank, Amanda, Lisa Nova and the Galacticast crew.

I love their videos and watch everything put out.

But the reason I mention them is because they are part of a meme I find disturbing.

They are trying to use the web as a way to move on into mainstream media.

Unfortunately I don’t think it’s going to work.

And here’s why.
